Everything between doors open and the top cut.

Built for the way a tournament night actually runs: pods of four or 1v1 matches, one clock, and a room full of phones.

  • Pairings for pods and 1v1

Commander pods of four by points, or 1v1 Swiss with best-of-three matches. Repeat opponents are kept apart where the field allows, and byes or pods of three cover odd counts.

  • One clock for the room

The server keeps the round timer. Every phone and the projector count down to the same second, and you can pause or extend it.

  • Results from the table

Players report from their phones and their opponents confirm. You override a result or settle a dispute from the run console.

  • Standings and top cut

Points and every tiebreaker in the open, then a cut to a final pod or a single-elimination bracket.

  • Registration and check-in

Players register with a saved deck checked against your format. QR check-in at the door, a waitlist that moves itself, and paid marked as they arrive.

  • Leagues and seasons

Attach events to a season, weight them, count each player's best results, and show who makes the finale.

Questions organizers ask.

Is it really free?
Yes. During early access PodQueue costs organizers nothing, for every feature on this page. Players join free and pay only the entry fee you set, at the venue.
Do players need to install an app?
No. PodQueue runs in the phone's browser. Players can add it to their home screen, and the round view keeps showing their table and the clock if the store's signal drops.
Which formats can I run?
cEDH and Commander in pods of four. Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Vintage, Pauper, Premodern, Old School and Penny Dreadful as 1v1 best of three, with an optional Top 4 or Top 8.
How are players paired?
Round one is random. Later rounds pair players by points, in pods of four for Commander or 1v1 Swiss for constructed, and keep repeat opponents apart where the numbers allow. Pods of three or byes cover odd counts. You can fix a pairing before the clock starts.
What if a result is reported wrong?
The other players confirm each report, and you can override any result from the run console. Every change is recorded with who made it.
Can my judges help run the event?
Yes. Invite a Judge or a Co-organizer by their @handle. Judges run rounds; Co-organizers can also edit events and the store page.
Can I put pairings on the store TV?
Yes. Open the projector link on any screen: pairings, the clock and standings, always in dark mode for a dim room.
My store is already listed. How do I take it over?
Find it in the store directory and claim it with a code sent to your store's email. More for stores.
