Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Arche Digital ("we", "us"), which operates PodQueue at podqueue.gg. By creating an account or using PodQueue, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account: do not share accounts or create accounts to manipulate pairings, results or standings. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Emails and notifications

You agree that we can send you notices electronically, including sign-in links, event updates and important changes to the service.

Organizers and events

Organizers run their own events and are responsible for them: schedules, venues, rules, prizes, entry fees and how disputes are judged. PodQueue provides the tools — pairings, timers, results and standings — but is not the organizer of any event and is not responsible for what happens at one. Organizers must describe their events honestly and follow the laws that apply to them.

Results and fair play

Report results honestly. Deliberately false results, collusion, or interfering with another player's reporting can lead to removal from events or suspension of your account. Organizers and PodQueue may correct results and standings when needed to keep them accurate.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post — decks, profile details, event descriptions, meetups and messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share it as needed to run and promote PodQueue. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post it.

Acceptable use

When using PodQueue, do not:

Third-party services

PodQueue connects to services such as Google and Apple sign-in, Scryfall card data and deck sites you import from. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

PodQueue and Magic: The Gathering

The PodQueue name, design and software belong to us. PodQueue is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using PodQueue and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

Disclaimers

PodQueue is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that pairings, timers or standings will never contain mistakes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost prizes, profits or data, arising from your use of PodQueue or from any event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PodQueue grows. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use PodQueue after a change means you accept the new terms.
