Privacy Policy

PodQueue is operated by Arche Digital ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use podqueue.gg, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, display name, handle, profile picture and the home region you choose. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider — never your password.
Tournament activity: decks you save or import, event registrations, pod results you report, standings, league records and meetups you post or join.
Organizer details: if you organize events, your organizer application, venues and event information.
Messages to us: feedback, reports and support requests you send.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and access times, used to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Location: only if you allow it in your browser, to suggest nearby events. We do not store your device location.

How we use it

To run your account, sign you in and keep you signed in.
To run events: pairings, timers, results, standings and leagues.
To send emails you need, such as sign-in links and event updates.
To protect the service from fraud, spam and abuse.
To understand and improve how PodQueue works.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

What other players can see

Tournaments are public by nature. Your handle, display name, profile picture, the events you enter, your results and standings, and decks you choose to share can be seen by other people on PodQueue. Your email address is never shown publicly.

We use a small number of service providers to run PodQueue. They only receive what they need to do their job and may not use it for anything else:

Google and Apple, when you choose to sign in with them.
Resend, to deliver our emails.
Mapbox, to turn venue and region text into map locations.
Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website.
Our hosting and storage providers, where the database and uploaded images are kept.

Card names, images and legality come from Scryfall; your browser may load card images through us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session, and your browser stores preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Event results and standings stay part of the event's record so that past tournaments and leagues remain accurate. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests after verifying it is you.

Security

All traffic to PodQueue is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to our systems is restricted. No service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Children

PodQueue is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app.
