As written in the listing.
Join us at Ember Rest for Magic Presents: All Leylines' Eve, a festive, Halloween-themed Chaos Draft event. Players draft from a mix of booster packs spanning a variety of past sets. Every player begins with a Leyline of Anticipation promo card on the battlefield. The presence of the card creates an exciting, jump scare-filled game by giving all spells flash. At the end of the event, all participating players keep their promo card. Entry is $25, with pack-per-win prizing and bonus promo packs raffled each round!
