As written in the listing.
Your journey begins at Starfleet Academy, where you'll play 3 matches to graduate and unlock the rest of the galaxy. Initial entry is $45, and entry for following events is $5 or the purchase of any MTG pack after you have started your quest. From there, explore the four quadrants—Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta—in any order and at your own pace, experiencing unique themed rules at each quadrant play station. Every 3 matches completed in a quadrant earns you a rank pip sticker and the option to buy an extra booster pack to expand your deck. Complete 15 total matches (3 at the Academy and 3 in each quadrant) to reach the rank of Captain and earn your exclusive Magic Presents: To Boldly Go promo card!
